IT IS WITH SADNESS that we announce the death of one of our members Mrs Agnes Macaulay of Eastwoodhill Eventide Home and formerly of 16 Windlaw Park Gardens. Mrs Macaulay’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 20th September at 11.45am at Linn Crematorium and thereafter at 12.15pm at Greenbank. Please remember Mrs Macaulay’s family and friends in your prayers.

TODAY WE WELCOME the friends and family of Andrea and Gordon and their son, Lukas Guthrie; the friends and family of Leanne and Steven and their son, Rocco Maclaren and the friends and family of Amanda and her son Rudi Robert McLellan. Lukas, Rocco and Rudi will be baptised this morning. We pray that as they seek to follow Jesus, they will know His love and presence in their lives.

THE DONATIONS FOR THE SAMOS APPEAL are piling up in the hall of friendship and this week is the last week to help before the gifts are taken to St Josephs for sorting and collection by the charity Re-act. I am most grateful for the support and interest shown by the many people who have contacted me and given items for the appeal. Thank you all. Jeanette MacKay
