ARTICLES FOR THE APRIL EDITION OF GOOD NEIGHBOUR should be received at the Church Office by Sunday, 11th March.

DISTRICT VISITORS, who have not already done so, are asked to collect their copies of Good Neighbour and Life & Work from the room off the transept today.

S.U. BIBLE READING NOTES for the next quarter are available for those who ordered them in the Centenary Chapel.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH to all who baked, served, ferried or helped in any way with the Afternoon tea which took place at Aidan’s View on 24 February. It was a lovely afternoon, especially for the residents of Aidan’s View and Hawthorn Court.

OUR MINISTER’S SERMONS can now be accessed on the church website at:

https://www.greenbankglasgow.org.uk/sermons/ The password for all of them is available from the office.

COULD YOU VOLUNTEER TO HELP AT THE SNAP YOUTH GROUP ON ONE SATURDAY NIGHT? It would be particularly helpful to have another volunteer on 17th March. If you can help on any of these dates please contact the church office or email snap@greenbankglasgow.org.uk

INDIVIDUAL GREETINGS CARDS are on sale today in the Fraser Hall after the service. Please come and see the selection – we have cards for most occasions, including Mother’s Day, which this year falls on Sunday, 11th March.  Proceeds from the sale of cards will go to the Lodging House Mission. Thank you for your support.

CHRISTIAN AID – The next fundraising activity is the 38th Annual Art Exhibition and Sale on Saturday, March 10th from 10am to 4pm in the Carmichael Hall, at Eastwood Park Leisure Centre next to the swimming pool. This is the same venue as last year. Please note the date in your diaries/phones. Entry will be by catalogue, priced at £3 for adults and £1 for children. As I write, the artists are being invited to exhibit their work, and I hope that you will continue to support this popular annual event by coming along to view and to purchase some of the work on display; 1/3rd of the sale price is going to Christian Aid. The entry to the exhibition includes a cup of tea or coffee in the tea room which is also a popular place to meet friends and view the work on display. Thank you in anticipation of your support. Mark Allan

SUNDAY MORNING TEA/COFFEE ROTA IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2018 in the Centenary Chapel. If your organisation can offer its services for a few Sundays please add your details opposite the date/s of your choice. There are still plenty of dates to choose from!
