EVERYONE FROM THE CONGREGATION is warmly invited to the Service of Installation of our minister, Jeanne Roddick, as Moderator of the Presbytery of Glasgow on tonight at 7pm in Greenbank Parish Church. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the church halls.
HOME BAKING REQUIRED. As you know Jeanne’s installation as Moderator of Glasgow Presbytery takes place tonight. There will be a number of invited guests, as well as members of Presbytery and of course ourselves. Tea and coffee will be served afterwards and it would be really good if members of the congregation could provide some of Greenbank’s legendary home baking for the occasion. Donations can be handed in before or after the morning service on the 26th. Thank you very much in anticipation of your generosity.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM 3RD JULY UNTIL 14TH AUGUST our Sunday morning worship will take the form of an ALL AGE FAMILY SERVICE THAT WILL COMMENCE AT 10AM and will last approximately 40 minutes.
THE CHURCH OFFICE will be closed from Monday 27th June to Friday 8th July, excepting Thursday 7th July when it will be open from 9.15am to 1.45pm.
COLLECTION OF LIFE & WORK Please note that, as is normal practice in the summer months, LIFE & WORK will not be delivered by the district visitors. Subscribers can collect their July edition today and their August edition will be ready for collection on 31st July from the Flower Room.
