GREENBANK CRISIS FUND – Our Treasurer will be making a donation of £2000 from our Crisis fund in aid of the Cyclone Idai appeal.
TODAY WE WELCOME the friends and family of Leanne and Steven and their daughter, Skye MacLaren. Skye will be baptised this morning. We pray that as Skye seeks to follow Jesus, she will know His love and presence in her life.
THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE KIRK SESSION in the church this morning after morning service, to approve both the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2018 and the Data Protection Policy; copies of the papers can be found in the Centenary Chapel for those who have not received them by email.
JOE’S CAFÉ HOLIDAY CLUB – would everyone who is interested in helping at the Holiday club taking place from Monday, 8th April to Friday, 12thApril please see Alison Harvey in Hall of Friendship after morning service today.

SNAP COMMUNITY YOUTH CLUB is one of 3 nominees for the green token scheme running in Asda till 31st March. Ask for tokens at the checkout & pop them in the Youth Club box – ASDA donates£500 to our funds if we win. Lindy Dallas
WEDNESDAY NIGHT HOLY WEEK SERVICE AT GREENBANK: On Sunday, 14th April there will be a rehearsal at Greenbank at 5pm, for the Wednesday night Holy week service. All young people wishing to take part in the service are invited to attend.
THE SUNDAY MORNING TEA ROTA IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2019 in the Centenary Chapel. Volunteers are still required for the whole month of April. If you can help, please add your details at the date of your choice.
DISTRICT VISITORS: District 51 is still without a visitor at present, 10 homes on Greenwood Road. Anyone willing to give this a try please contact Margot/Gordon Blyth (638 7646).
VOLUNTEERS TO READ THE BIBLE LESSONS would be much appreciated. A list is available in the Centenary Chapel. If you would be willing to read the lesson, add your name and telephone number to the service of your choice. You will be contacted on the Friday of the preceding week with the readings. Thank you.
THERE IS CURRENTLY AN URGENT NEED FOR A DRIVER for the Greenbank Church transport rota. The duty would involve picking up and taking home passengers 1 week in 6 on a Sunday morning. Mark Allan [638 3916].
WHAT’S ON AT GREENBANK
THE FIRST OUTING OF THE YEAR OF GREENBANK WALKING GROUP will be on Saturday, 30th March to Whitelees Windfarm, leaving from the Church at 10am. If you intend to come along or for more details contact Grace Paterson (638 6350) or Audrey Thomson (639 5822).
FRIENDSHIP CAFÉ, Fridays @ 10am, at the church halls, come for a cup of tea and a blether. B Miller (577 5449)
CHILDREN ARE MOST WELCOME to remain in church for the duration of the service however, if parents would prefer, we provide a CRÈCHE for children under 3 years of age in Room C, behind the stage in the church halls, for the duration of the service on Sundays when the Sunday Club meets. Visiting children over 3 years of age are also most welcome to join our Sunday Club or JAM when they leave the church after the Sunday Club and JAM prayer.
ANYONE WHO WISHES TO JOIN OR KNOW MORE ABOUT GREENBANK; or knows someone who would appreciate a visit from the Minister in hospital or wishes to be prayed for, is invited to fill out one of the POSTCARDS placed on the pew boards. Completed postcards can be handed to welcome team members at the church door or posted through the letterbox at the entrance to the halls.
