ON TUESDAY 5TH MARCH our minister, in her capacity as one of the chaplains at Willamwood High School, is taking PANCAKES TO SCHOOL FOR THE PUPILS as the beginning of a Lent initiative to encourage the pupils to give or do something for others during Lent. THESACRAMENT OF HOLY COMMUNION will be celebrated next Sunday, 3rd March at 10.30am and again at 6.30pm with a Family Communion Service. After these services there will be a retiring offeringon behalf of Age Concern Eastwood. Our Preparatory Service will be held on Friday 1st March at 7.30pm.

ASDA HAS CHOSEN SNAP COMMUNITY YOUTH CLUB as one of 3 nominees for the current green token scheme for local good causes which runs from now till the 31st March. CHURCH TRANSPORT – There is currently an urgent need for a driver for the Greenbank Church transport rota. The duty would involve picking up passengers 1 week in 6 and bringing them to and from the Sunday morning service. Mark Allan [638 3916].

Church of Scotland Task Group has asked in the strongest terms, that all gatherings for worship should cease until further notice, with effect from Wednesday 17th March 2020. This will obviously include the Easter services.
We will keep you updated with any further information as soon as we have it.
