Commemorative New Testament, psalms and proverbs-We were delighted recently to receive around 200 beautiful copies of New Testament Psalms and Proverbs Commemorating the coronation of King Charles III. These were given to us at no cost by Good News for Everyone, Which was formerly known as Gideon’s. We are extremely grateful to Kenneth McPhie for thinking of Greenbank Church, and for offering them to us. Ken has a long-standing involvement with Gideons/Good News for everyone, and is the neighbour of Bob Bulloch, one of our members, hence the connection. At the time of writing there are still a few copies remaining. Please uplift a copy from the Centenary Chapel if you would like one.

Free Sanitary Products – Greenbank Church is now a provider of free period products. Working in collaboration with East Renfrewshire Council and HeyGirls products, we recently ordered and received a supply of tampons and sanitary towels, free of charge. All of HeyGirls products are ethically sourced and organic. This partnership working is really trying to push the message that these products are available for people to take, no matter how much they need, and whenever they are needed.  It is our hope that Greenbank Church will also be registered on the MyPeriodApp, which allows users to find locations in their community which provide free period products. The items are currently located in the Ladies Toilets and on a shelf in the corridor beside the Fraser Hall.

BOOKS– There is a good collection of books in the hall of friendship. You are welcome to come and have a look and take a book for a small donation.

Church Office Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9.20am-2.20pm. Please use the same email address and telephone numbers – office@greenbankglasgow.org.uk and 0141 644 1841.  All emails and phone calls will be responded to as soon as possible.
