National Youth Assembly 2016 National Youth Assembly  will now take place on 19th – 22nd August NOT 12th – 15th August as originally advertised. The event is held at Gartmore House near Stirling, beginning at 5pm on Friday 19th and ending at 5pm on Monday 22nd August.   If you are aged 17 to 25 inclusive and are interested in voicing your opinions and actively participating in decision making within the Church of Scotland as well as connecting with other Christians please contact the minister on 644 1395. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Christian Aid Week

CHRISTIAN AID WEEK this year is from 15-21st May. Volunteers are needed to fulfil our target of visiting every home within the Parish to carry out door to door collections. If you would like to be a collector, please come to the front of the church following the service on 15th May where you will receive an envelope containing all you will need to collect within your allocated district. Donations should be returned to the church on Friday 20th May between 7pm and 9pm, or on Tuesday 24th May between 7pm and 8pm.......

Annual General Meeting I attended the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Lodging House Mission at their premises on Wednesday, 6th April. The business section of the evening included the re-election of three existing directors – Barbara Normand, Very Rev William Hewitt and R. Findlay. The financial situation was highlighted. A copy of the 2015 financial summary is displayed on the noticeboard in the corridor outside the Fraser Hall. Due to generous legacies, they can enjoy some financial stability in the coming year.
